Why the live paper trading always says Market Closed

Hi,

I was wondering how much delay is in the data feeding into the live paper trading. I started some paper trading accounts to test some ideas. Today I logged into and saw it says Market Closed while actually it is already one hour later than market opening. Can any experienced users tell me how much delay I should expect ? I understand this should be a delayed quote, just want to find out.

And by the way, if later on I was using the live trading with real account, should my algorithm only trades on 1 minute resolution?

Thanks !
