Can you fix that accordingly to the rules that we can see not only gold but silver and bronze and who are real leaders in contests 14:19.

Any updates on last request?

+1. It would be nice to see top positions marked with "medal" icons and different text colors: recent winner (preempted from winning a monetary prize in the given contest), currently #1 (gold), #2 (silver), #3 (bronze).

According to the rule:
An individual may only win one prize per month. If an individual qualifies for more than one prize, the higher prize will be awarded to the individual, and the lower prize will go to the next-ranked contestant.
The winner of the first prize will not be eligible for cash prizes for the subsequent three months.

It looks like nobody monitor that rule at least once a month.
Please correct participants lists.
Those highlighted should be removed from participants list because they are not eligible for the prizes.

Hi Valdimir,

The leaderboard displays the rankings by score. At the end of each contest, the prizes are awarded to the top 3 prize-eligible entries as per the rules. The rules are monitored internally.

On another note, Albert is eligible for the cash prizes in Contests 16 and 17, and Timothy is eligible for the prize in contest 17. Winners are only ineligible for the cash prizes in the subsequent 3 months.

Best,
Jamie

Jamie -

It'd be interesting to understand how ranking in the contest correlates with consideration for the fund, and potential capital allocation. There's an implication that a higher ranking might lead to a better shot at inclusion in the fund, but does it actually? Does the contest provide relevant feedback to entrants? Have you found it useful in finding good algorithms? Or maybe so far, all of your funding has gone toward non-contestants? Just curious how the contest is to be interpreted and the degree to which it has been useful.

For example, taking a quick look, I see that Albert R. for Contest 13, has a backtest Sharpe of 0.02856 and a paper trading Sharpe of 3.361, so how are we to interpret that?

Cheers,

Grant
