Where is Google

It is little bit hard to believe that Google is not included in the US3000 universe. Am I doing something wrong?

In April 2014 Google shares split into two share classes A and C (and technically B too). The two share classes A and C trade under different ticker symbols: A (GOOGL) and C (GOOG). The B shares are owned by insiders and don't trade on the public markets.

The Q3000US universe includes the A class shares since they are the voting shares and considered the 'primary share class'. (The class C shares do not come with voting rights.)

One little thing to note is that while the ticker is GOOGL, within Quantopian it is represented as GOOG_L (note the underscore) and is equity 26578. That should show up in the Q3000US universe.

Good luck.
