"When we get closer to a paid product offering..." - what does this mean?

On https://www.quantopian.com/faq, it says:

Do you have a paid support offering?

Not yet. All of our support is done through email to [email protected] or through questions in our forums. When we get closer to a paid product offering, we'll add paid support of some type.

To which I respond, "Huh?" So, is Quantopian planning a paid product offering? Wouldn't that have been offering retail real-money trading, as a paid service? Is there some sort of institutional service in the works? Or is this just a twinkle in someone's eye, at this point?

Overall, I thought the 1337 Street Fund is the Quantopian product focus? Is there something else?
