I created a second login to my IB account to trade using Quantopian. It doesn't require the code card (capcha), just login and passwd. When I run my algo in Q through IB account, get_environment('arena') returns 'live' instead of 'IB'. Could anybody look into this? Does it mean that prices have 15-minute lag (my IB account has real-time data subscription) ?
When going live through IB account, get_environment('arena') returns 'live' instead of 'IB'
We worked with Dias offline and figured out the root cause. The IB data was real-time but the log details were misleading. We're working to improve the experience.
