What are the difference between Paper live trading & Brokerage live trading - Pls suggest

I've experimented some Algos in quantopian's live trading .. its seems good return .. but i'm not sure how much good ll be if i do this with Interactive broker account .. Can anyone suggest what are the difference bet these ??

The main drivers between result differences will be slippage and commission simulations.
