I'm just trying to run the Example notebook from here:

I'm getting a UsageNotAllowed error on the free dataset. I don't see an option to "Get" the free data. The "Get" button only presents a form to subscribe to the full data.
The notebook it links to about Blaze is also throwing "UsageNotAllowed" when running the cell that imports estimize_free.

Hi Evan, we've recently identified a technical error on our part with the Estimize dataset and are working to resolve the issue. Until that is fixed, we've turned off access to the dataset. I apologize for the inconvenience.
