I saw this question asked when searching the forums. The answer seemed as though the question was misunderstood, so I am going to try and ask it again with more clarity.

I am not asking for how to create a winning algo. What I would like to know is what values an above average algo might have? Obviously 100% total return per month with a Sharpe of .001 and a max drawdown of .001% would be outstanding, but unlikely.

So in the leader board there are various winners with scores that have an unknown (by me at least) relationship to the metrics provided when you do a backtest. Without knowing this, I have no idea how my algo's stack up. Can the metrics be shared so I know if I am wasting my time submitting an algo?
