Hello!
How can I set my universe to be the SP100 constituents? Or, say I wanted to get the top 200 ranked constituents of the Russell 3000, based on average volume for 30 days?
My concern if having to manually type each of these constituents in...which would be time-consuming

Go to the API page. Bollinger bands use a talib import, and there is a sample algorithm on there. You can upload a CSV through something called fetcher.
