My strategy is simple...when the S&P 500, NASDQ and Russell 2000 are trading near record highs (within 10 per cent) invest capital in equal amounts in a diversified portfolio for each ....include dividend paying stocks to increase your return...when market breaks out into new highs by at least 5 per cent sell at least 80 per cent of your positions and return to cash.
