"Something Went Wrong" while trying to deploy live algorithm

Hello,

I have an algorithm that I have successfully deployed and live-traded in the past using Robinhood. I took it down for a few days to make some adjustments to it and now I'm having trouble re-deploying it.

I can click the "Live Trade this Algorithm" and it takes me to the Live Trade dashboard. From there I am prompted to sign in to my Robinhood account. I am taken to the Robinhood sign in page, provide my credentials, and grant permissions. Then I am brought back to Quantopian where the only message is "Something went wrong" and there is a link to return to the Quantopian home page.

On the Algorithms page I can see my algo listed under "Live Trading" but the far right column says something similar to "needs broker sign in". Essentially it appears that something is not working correctly when I try to grant access for my algorithm to access my Robinhood account.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I can't connect to Robinhood or IB. Same error: "something went wrong"

Hi Bailey, David,

Last week, Robinhood had some stability problems such that we disabled the integration on Thursday and kept it off on Friday. We've yet to make a decision on turning the integration back on, but when we do, the Quantopian status page will be updated: http://status.quantopian.com/

IB being inaccessible is a new one to me -- we'll have to check that out. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks
Josh

Josh,

Thanks. Yep, I am still getting: "Unknown error - Something went wrong" when trying to go live with IB.

David

David, I'll send you a private note to figure out what's happening to your IB algo
