Some QQQ dividends missing

There seem to be some dividends missing for QQQ. Run the attached algo from 12/31/2009 to 4/1/2016 in daily mode and it logs the dates when the cash changes (suggesting a dividend deposit). It is missing the days below marked "* MISSING".
