Simple Algorithm

I need a relatively simply algorithm built, designed to repeatedly buy X number of shares when the share price increases by Y% and sell X number of shares when the share price decreases by Y%. I would like this to be an ongoing command. So, theoretically, the code would sell high and buy low multiple times a day. I am new to coding, and I could use a little guidance. Thank you, Quantopian community!

Welcome Ryan -

I think you'll get a better answer if you do some more of the work yourself. The community works well with people who have specific questions, and yours is pretty broad. For instance, what universe of stocks is it looking at? I suggest you go through the tutorial and then write a first version yourself. Share the result back with any problems, and people can help with those problems.
