Silly Question About Pandas Alignment

Hi, sorry for this amateur question but when I try and print a pandas dataframe my columns (high, low) are offset from the data and look like this in the console:

2011-01-06 09:50  PRINT                       high     low
Equity(24 [AAPL])   335.10  334.95
Equity(8554 [SPY])  127.67  127.63

This is my code

    panda = (data.current([sid(24), sid(8554)], ['low','high']))
    print panda

I tried adding an empty line space with "\n" in print but that didn't work. Is there another way to make the columns align with the data?

Thanks and sorry for this noob question.

Hi Jay,

The console trims leading whitespace from log lines. I suggest prepending "a\n" to your log lines to properly align columns with their corresponding headers. I hope this helps!

Best,
Robert

Thanks, I didn't quite get it to work without a {}. But I did get it to work with this...

print '.\n{}'.format(panda)
