Is there a way to separate Algo performance from the total account performance?
The Algo only trades one security, but stats are being calculated for my full Broker account.

A live algorithm runs with the entire IB account - when it starts up, it pulls in your existing cash, positions, leverage, and account details. The algorithm then queries IB every single minute to maintain the synced information. So the metrics and performance will be for the entire portfolio.
If you'd like to separate your manual trading from your Quantopian algo, I'd suggest to create a sub-account from your master IB account. Then it'll have a separate username/password and the metrics will be independent.

I do have a second user and login but they are both reflecting the full Master IB account.
I will check with IB about a sub-account option.
Ah, there's a difference between a second user and a sub-account. A second user lets you have two logins to the same IB account. This lets you log into TWS/Webtrader while your algo is simultaneously running on Quantopian.
A sub-account is considered a separate account. You can allocate capital from your master account and it runs independently. If you connect an algo to a sub-account, it won't have access to the positions in the master account.
