Robinhood using buy and sell parameters

Let me start out by saying, all I have is an idea and no coding experience whatsoever but I need something personalized for me and my day trading. My idea seems simple but I have no idea what it would take to build it or if it would even work. Ill just jump in and explain what Im looking for...
calls on stocks and I follow a certain gentleman that is very good at day trading. I listen to his calls on stocks and we play the uptrend. He is very conservative but very very efficitve. My issue is my fingers aren't fast enough to buy and sell on Robinhood. Let me give a scenario below:

This is an example alert from him: $CCIH Buy at the break of $4.50 and sell at $4.75-$5.00
We usually get several of these throughout the day and its hard to keep up when all the stocks are getting close to the break out point.
I'm want to be able to create something that can buy (see example) at $4.51-.52 and sell at around $4.62-.65. I'm also looking for a stop loss as well just in case the volume cant push the stock to the preset level ($4.62-4.65).
The alerts that i get are about 70-80% wins if not better so I'm not worried so much about loss as I am execution. This moves so fast and sometimes more than 2 stocks at a time. I feel I'm missing out and a little software help may do the trick.
So is this even possible to use with Robinhood Trading? Or, can this be used with any investing platform? I'm sure I'm not the first one to think this up.
Any help would be much appreciated and thanks for your time.
