I'd like to create a "library" notebook which I can put all my functions in and I can reuse(import) these function in another notebook where I do the research. Is it possible to do that?

It isn't currently possible to import functions across notebooks (or backtests). This has been requested recently and I'll add your vote to the feature!

We all very much want this as well. It's not a small project, but it's something we know we need. I cannot begin to say when it will be added, but it's one I want so much!
