Is there a prefab notebook which demonstrates this stuff using a given backtest? I searched, but couldn't immediately find one...

Simon, thanks for your interest. I'm currently working on extending the model to include alpha and beta. I'll post a NB with an example once I have that working.

Will it be put up as an example in the research platform? I haven't yet figured out how to clone a notebook that is posted to the forum.
