  1. since we are not allowed to trade leveraged etfs, is there an easy way to explicitly remove them with pipeline?
  2. what is the starting capital of paper trader?
  3. what is the explicit formula used to calculate leaderboard score?
  4. it says 2-year back test, is this on the most recent two year's data?

Hi Toan,

  1. There's no current easy way to remove leveraged ETFs from pipeline. It's on our list to make it easier to filter out securities, but for now, you'll have to do it later in your algorithm using security_lists.leveraged_etf_list.
  2. The starting capital for the contest is $1,000,000 (see the rules).
  3. The rules page also has more info on scoring, though the actual score is a relative score based on where you rank in each of the 8 categories (I believe it's something like the average percentile for each one).
  4. Yes, the two year backtest is run over the last two years.
