Quantopian hangs on "Authenticating with Interactive Brokers..."

I've been successfully using IB for live trading for over a year now. I tried redeploying an algorithm, and suddenly I've been hanging for the last two weeks on " Authenticating with Interactive Brokers..." Then I see, "Sorry, something went wrong." And no error message.

I switched to using the the "Digital Security App" and it seems to have coincided with Quantopian breaking.

Does anyone using IB with sDSA and experience issues?

Hello Benjamin - Unfortunately, we don't support that method of authentication yet. We've got it in the development queue and I'm reasonably hopeful that we'll get to it soon, but I'm not quite close enough to give it a timeline.

We have another customer who uses that app, and their solution in the interim was to create a separate IB account/login that doesn't require the digital tool and uses the regular "code card."

Sorry for the difficulty. We'll add that support.
