Could you be more specific? Exactly what URL are you trying to visit? What kind of browser are you using? On what platform? What behavior (error message, web site malfunction, etc.) do you see?
If you are using "quantopian.com", please try "www.quantopian.com" instead and see if that solves the problem. Right now http://quantopian.com/ should work, but https://quantopian.com/ will not work for reasons which are too arcane to explain here. We're working on fixing it, but getting live trading out the door is a somewhat higher priority. ;-)

the blog links to www.quantopian.com instead of www.quantopian.com
Michael, where on the blog do you see a link to www.quantopian.com? I don't see it anywhere obvious. App.quantopian.com worked fine until last night, when we got rid of it, thinking that we hadn't used it in a long time. Perhaps we missed one reference to it. :-) If you tell me where you saw it, I'll fix it. Thanks!
UPDATE: Never mind, I found the links. :-) I will fix them ASAP.
UPDATE 2: I've updated the "Community", "My Algorithms", and "Login" links on the blog. If you spot any other links that point at app.quantopian.com, please let me know. Thanks!

Suman, I'm confused about the error you posted because it says "www.google.com" rather than "www.quantopian.com".
Unfortunately, DNS problems of this sort are very difficult to diagnose and fix. Sometimes they are caused by the DNS server (i.e., our end), sometimes they are caused by the client (i.e., your end), and sometimes by the combination of the two (e.g., the DNS server takes a while to respond to the query, and the timeout on the client is too low). To add insult to injury, Windows has a habit of caching DNS lookup failures, so an intermittent DNS failure can persist on a particular Windows machine for far longer than the actual problem which precipitated it.
One thing you can try when something like this happens is to flush your Windows DNS cache. To do that, run the command "ipconfig /flushdns" in a command window (if you're using Windows Vista, 7, or 8, you may need to launch the command window with "Run as administrator..." to be able to run this command). After that, close and restart your browser and see if www.quantopian.com starts working again.
If that doesn't fix it, let me know and I'll keep troubleshooting.
