I'm able to access the Research environment fine on Win 10 using Chrome. Which OS and browser are you using?

I discovered the problem. Me. I use a browser extension for ad blocking, "Ghostery". It caused the page load errors in both Chrome and Firefox on Os X 10.13.6. After trusting the site, everything works correctly.
