Im not using any illegal modules or anything why cant I connect to research?

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ip-10-109-156-221-prod.dynoquant.com.
Hi John,
The ec2 instance running your research server crashed about an hour ago and had to be rebooted. We're currently investigating the cause, but it should be back up and running now. Thanks for bearing with us as we iron out the kinks in the new deployment.

I have many notebooks.. but if gets too many and necessary for me.. to open another account just email me... since one of the members here... said that if there are too many notebooks it might cause for a problem... dont know... if thats true?
I wouldn't worry about having too many notebooks running. We should have strong enough resource limits in place to prevent user actions from taking down a machine, but we haven't determined whether a user action directly caused the crash.
