I don't quite understand why they make trades fine in my backtests (daily/minutely), but make no trades in live trade mode. I've got three algos, all behaving this way.

Alex,
Simulated live trading uses a different data feed, so I'm wondering if this might be the problem. If you backtest the algo over the same period as the live trading, do you see trades?
Grant
What happens when you run a backtest over the timeperiod when you deployed the live algo thru today? Are the trades entered? Perhaps the market conditions changed in the last few days so the orders are not getting triggered.
Otherwise, you can add me as a collaborator ([email protected]) and I can help figure out what's going on.

My quantopian paper trading algo didn't make the trades it was supposed to a few minutes ago... IB paper trading was okay.
@Simon, Quantopian paper trading uses a 15 minute delayed price feed whereas IB is current market time. Check your Q algo again in 15 min
