Hello, I'm 51yo, been in and active in the stock market at 22yo. Have been wiped out many times, with a few long years streak.

It's luck I know. At my age, I'm behind the 8 ball. Im looking to reverse the table, from a stacked house deck vs retailers like us.

I've been guided to this site. I watched the tutorials, etc..and won't let the hurdle of writing a winning algo stop me.

I know this is out on a limb. I am certain there are some talent here with winning algos.

Hello Paolo,

I suggest having a look at the more recent blog posts: http://blog.quantopian.com/. There is a good overview of the various types of algorithms that have been posted on Quantopian (and you can clone any algorithm posted to the forum, run and edit it).

Thanks, I see there are about 20 active IB accounts trading live...

Any idea of their results thus far?

Is the R n D or marketing department here , doing an anonymous results to date with the up and running folk with algos.
