Hello,
I'm trying to develop a strategy to buy Historic low and sell when it is at all time high. This duration of stock/etf holding period may be many years. I want this strategy to employ on sector wide ETF than individual stocks. For example, 2009 Financial crisis gives great buy time and 2018 may give great sell time. Similarly, OIL sector gives historic low in 2016. Any suggestions or insights greatly appreciated.
