Need a programmer for my algorithm

Hi everyone,

I am manually trading US equities using a simple strategy but I am sure that it would be more powerful being automated. The thing is: I don't have any programming skills (actually learning Python). So, I am looking for someone motivated to program it for me.

About the strategy:

3 conditions to open a trade (1 condition that only checks which index the stock is quoting at, 1 condition that checks the price behavior X days before the current date and 1 condition which needs to connect to a website and collect 2 data: name of the company and date. Please note that for this condition, data is in algorithm readable format.)
2 conditions for risk management (the algorithm just checks at some assets price and open other position if needed)
5 conditions for the trades management part (It is about when to exit trades and are based on price action)
