My very first algorithm...

This guy is running !!

Although I'm thinking about many improvements at this stage (e.g. taking some EWMA estimator for the vol, setting some tp/sl), I'll try to get it live to my paper account for the fun...

Congrats on your first algorithm! As you continue developing your strategy, I'd suggest to use order_target, order_target_value, or order_target_percent as your ordering methods. These are more robust than the simple order() call. These will scale with your portfolio, instead of continuously buying/selling 100 shares when a condition is hit.

And welcome to Quantopian!
