I am trying to use a simple fast/slow ema to determine when I should go long/short. When I chart it on tradingView, it shows great indicators and clear crossovers when expected. However, when I run my also, it doesn't give me the results I was looking for.
I notice the algo really start to do strange things around 05/31/16, where it shows the fastEma below the slowEma, but when I look at the graph, it shows the opposite, I am very confused.
If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it.
