Im new to zipline, tracing the coding right now, it seems like we can't run minute testing off line?
Zipline supports minute resolution data but the Quantopian data is only available for algorithms on the site. So you'd have to find another data source for offline usage.

Seems that for quantopian-quandl data bundle, "only end-of-day prices are built into Zipline. For higher granularity data, you would need a subscription to the Quandl bundle SEP (~$30/month)." See Porting guide
