Managing multiple trades from the same asset

Seeking Help Getting Started

Im relativily new to quantopian and I cant seem to find the answer to this question.

This is what id like to do, I just need to know how to manage all my orders on one asset so for simplicity sake lets say I want to simply buy one share of aapl everysingle day at market open and set the stoploss to be 1% below the entry. How can you know what trades will keep running and which ones will get stopped out? is there a way in quantopian to get order ids? and from those order ids determine if stoploss is hit and then trigger a sell?
