Off late, opening https://www.quantopian.com/notebooks takes a long time (~5 min).
Is this only me?
Also, on Safari Browser, it asks me to allow third party cookies- the page doesn't load otherwise.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We were testing an improved UX for Chrome and Firefox users and unintentionally introduced a regression in the Safari experience. We rolled back the change. Can you try again and let us know if there's still a problem? The specific change I'm referring to would have introduced the message about third-party cookies, but the long load time for notebooks is unexpected. I'll be curious if the long load time is still a problem, that could be an unrelated issue.
