Seeking Help Getting Started Contest Tools and Tips Risk Model

UPDATED: You can now watch the latest tearsheet review, "How to Get Funded," with Dr. Jess Stauth below. Attendees received feedback from Jess on how to improve their strategies and increase their chances of placing in the Quantopian Daily Contest. Specifically, Jess discussed fundamentals-based signals and fundamentals-based cross-sectional equity algorithms.

Have a tear sheet but aren't sure what to make of it? Dr. Jessica Stauth, Managing Director of Portfolio Management and Research, will be reviewing your tearsheets in a live webinar on Wednesday, October 10th at 4:00PM ET. She will assess how your algorithm measures up against the Quantopian allocation process, provide feedback based on what we're looking for, and offer general advice on how to improve your strategy.

You can submit by replying to our original forum post with your tearsheet notebook attached. Please also include a brief description of why you expect the strategy to make money (what is your model's rationale). For instructions on how to create a tearsheet see this tutorial lesson.
