She will assess how your algorithm measures up against the Quantopian allocation process and provide feedback on how to improve your strategies and increase your chances of placing in the Quantopian Daily Contest.

You can submit by replying to our original forum post with your tearsheet notebook attached. Please also include a brief description of why you expect the strategy to make money (what is your model's rationale). For instructions on how to create a tearsheet see this tutorial lesson.
