My live trading is not working. My algo is connected to IB. Logged in and everything looks fine but no trades. I connected a simple algo that I know should be trading multiple times per day but still nothing. Everything was working up until Monday morning (5/8). Is anyone else having problems?
I use Robinhood and I think I may have experienced this phenomenon once. I don't recall if simply stop / starting my algo fixed it, or if it turned out that I had a logic error in my algo code.
Dan, the "no trades" part sounds like it is a question of how your algorithm is coded. If the live trading dashboard is connected to the broker (and it's not prompting you to reauthenticate your IB account with the password), then the trades will execute according to the algorithm logic.
