July contest deadline question

Just joined Quantopian in June and writing my first quant algo. I have a question with latest time I can hit enter the contest button on an algo to be part of the contest 31 that has evaluation period from Jul 3rd 2017 to Jan 2 2018.

Is it going to be:

a) Jul 2nd 11:59pm midnight Eastern (prior end of day)
b) Jul 3rd 9:30am Eastern (before market open)
c) Jul 3rd 11:59pm midnight Eastern (end of day)
d) Jul 5th 9:30am Eastern (before market open the next business day)
e) Jul 31st 11:59pm (deadline is moot, any entry in July will be part of contest 31 evaluation)

I am a last minute person when it comes to submissions often working on things to the very end and would like to know the exact deadline in terms of time of the day and timezone for being part of contest 31 leaderboard to track my algo's performance.
Basically want to be part of contest 31 and not get rolled into contest 32 because I got the date, time or timezone wrong.

The deadline will be market open (9:30AM) on July. 3rd as per the rules.
