Issues setting up live trading

I connected Quantopian to my IB account and filled out the live trading application about a week or two ago but I still have not heard back yet. I'm interested in getting my account set up before the May 19th deadline for the live trading deal but I'm concerned that my request has been lost. What should I do? Can I expect to receive a response by the 19th? Has anyone else had issues with this?

Hi,
I have a paper trading account and it throw an error -1 since my currency was EUR instead of USD. So I fixed this under Account Settings -> Base Currency in IB account. It takes a day to finish. I would like to restart my failed algorithm, but I do not see any button to reactivate it. I believe I need to delete it and then rebuild the algo and then select 'Live trading' again. It would be great just to have a 'start button' instead.

Hi J,

There isn't a 're-launch' button currently, but you shouldn't need to relaunch or rebuild anything. Once your IB account is confirmed to be in the right base currency, just go back to your last successful backtest for the algorithm you want to deploy and click the Start Trading button from there. Let me know if that doesn't work for you and we can get you back on track!
