Is there an alternative to pairs trading?

Seeking Help Pairs Trading Fundamentals

I started with python a few months ago and my aim is to write my bachelor paper about different trading algorhytmes in python. I want to compare them, but unfortunately I only found pairs trading - are there any good alternatives to pairs trading to compare different trading algorhytmes?

Google searcch --> "quantopian" + "clone + algorithm" bring you thousands of them.

Don 't take Mr. Hawk 's verbiage about "statistical significance" seriously.

Look at the the bottom what Guy Fleury made from this strategy!
