Has Quantopian considered making a wiki?
That would allow members of the community and staff to build a self organising repository of knowledge.
The concept of a wiki seems to be perfectly aligned with the mission statement of Q.
From the forum, I can see that many Q staff and community members are keen to contribute to the public domain.
As Q grows it will face an increasing challenge of organizing information -- new algorithms, tutorials, APIs, trading platforms, etc., so maybe it makes sense to provide a medium that allows the information to organise itself. Also Q appears to be taking on an increasing role as a kind of Open University for Quantitative Finance.
Already there must be a huge amount of valuable information buried in the forum.
It would be a low-cost experiment to plant a seed (hosting a MediaWiki) and see what grows.
One useful wiki page would be a collection of notebooks/algorithms each of which demonstrates a particular concept or strategy, for example Alexander Elder's Triple Screen Trading Strategy
