IB paper trading help

I just stopped my old algorithm and I understand the position won't be closed .
Q1: Is it possible to resume with an updated algorithm ?
Q2: How could I start the updated new algorithm against my IB paper account? Now It complains All your trading accounts are in use,
Any ideas?

1) You can deploy a new or updated algorithm to your existing IB account. The first thing that will happen is that Quantopian will download all of your positions and cash information and feed that information into your algorithm. Open orders are not synchronized. Obviously, it's a fresh start for the algorithm, with no stored data on your context variable, no returns history, etc.

2) You IB paper account and IB real money account are generally independent. I don't recognize that error. Please send the algorithm id and the error test to [email protected], or better yet click the "Contact Support" link in the Learn menu.

Thank you. Somehow I can choose the paper account now. I guess it just took some time to cool down everything.
