I need a help with schedule_function

Hi, I have a trouble with shedule_function.
There are two functions:

schedule_function(handle_entry, date_rules.every_day(), time_rules.market_open(minutes=30))
schedule_function(handle_exit, date_rules.every_day(), time_rules.market_close(minutes=5))
On the first trading day the first function is called only. Can you help me with it?

Log example:

2016-02-01handle_entry:29INFOentry Equity(42471 [UWTI]) 2.23
2016-02-02handle_entry:32INFOentry Equity(42471 [UWTI]) 1.78
2016-02-02handle_exit:43INFOexit Equity(42471 [UWTI]) 1.7
2016-02-03handle_entry:32INFOentry Equity(42472 [DWTI]) 305.0
2016-02-03handle_exit:43INFOexit Equity(42471 [UWTI]) 2.14

I have to close position on the current day.

P.S. Sorry for my English.
