How to use fetcher with symbol ids?

How to use fetcher with symbol ids?

I'm trying to use fetch_csv for both the old DELL and the new DELL.

Unfortunately, fetch_csvonly accepts a symbol and I can only choose one date for set_symbol_lookup_date.

I'd much rather use the symbol id because that doesn't change, but fetch_csv won't let me do that.

Any suggestions?
