I would like to code my algorithm on quantopian platform, It works through fundamental analysis, as quantopian has a very poor module list available I was thinking in uploading the data myself, or , at least, uploading the entry points.

Yes, algorithms using self-serve data can be used in our contest and by extension our funding process.
