How often does Portfolio.positions update?

Dear Community,

I have a quick question regarding the portfolio.positions object. I am wondering how often the data within this object is updated.

For example:

If I buy a bunch of stocks in the morning and put out a stop loss order for each of the stocks immediately. Then, during lunch time, some of my stop loss orders were triggered and the stocks are all sold. In this case, will those stocks be in the portfolio.positions object if I ran a check before the end of this trading day? Or such a fact won't be updated until this trading day is over? In other words, how often is the the information updated in the portfolio.positions? Minute by minute or daily?
