Having some trouble with sklearn

Hi guys,

I'm making a simple naive bayes classifier for daily trades but I'm having some trouble 'fitting' my data. The error has something to do with how my context.X (which has the training attributes) is formatted. I've checked to see that it is in fact just an array of arrays, so now I'm not sure what the problem can be.

Any help, either with my bug or for how to make this simple classifier more powerful would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Shiv,

Interesting algo!

The input required by sklearn always throws me off too. The attached backtest runs for me. There was another bug in the order method which I fixed. Take a look and let me know what you think!
