Does Quantopian support future/options?
If yes, are there Quantopian API/methods available to obtain future price?
Any code example would be helpful.

Future price
Quantopian does not currently support futures or options, but we are currently working to bring Futures to the platform. At this point, we are in an early alpha stage on this project. Check out this thread for conversation on the futures project.
After we add futures to the platform. We will make a decision on what to add next. We are considering adding options but won't be making any decisions until we are done adding futures!
