API Using Data Feature Request Research Value

How do I get original fundamental accounting data from income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement at Quantopian?

Beside the typical items Sales/Revenue, Gross Income, EBIT, Operating Income, Cash & Short Term Investments, Total Accounts Receivable, Inventories, Cash Flows From Operations, Cash Flows From Investing, Cash Flow from Financing my question includes the number of shares outstanding and the publishing date of the quaterly financial statement.

Are there special data sources at Quantopian? Or must I use, what is standardly available from Python?

In case, what sources for fundamental accounting data are available in Python by application programming interface (API), which also provide the number of shares outstanding and the publishing date? Please especially consider cheap data sources! The monthly fee is of very interest. I am not an institutional investor. ;-)

You can access fundamentals data in both the research environment and the backtester.
