Hello Community,
I have recently started using this platform to back-test a few algorithms I have thought of. Now, my algorithms are pretty straightforward and not that much complex, but they need a Stop loss in them, Take profit, a modify to an opened order, and most importantly the ability to keep an order alive as much as I want (even days or weeks) until it reaches its stop loss or take profit. I have checked this forum for a while to check if these requirements can be fulfilled on this platform, but could only see workarounds to SOME of them written by other users to achieve them.
Given that the answers I saw date a year or two back, is there now a faster way to achieve these requirements? Some new built in functions or an easy way to make them work? Can we now keep an order alive for many days or will it auto-cancel at the end of every day?
