I know many people are complaining about they not being able to download the
backtest result and check them in their favorite spreadsheet tool.
Can Q provide the csv dump of the data reflected in the backtest result.
I am not even able to select and copy them from the displayed result.

Have you tried get_backtest() in the research environment? It returns all of the information about what happened in your backtest so you can review the details and plot any way you want.
