I keep having this error message : NoDataBeforeDate: No data on or before day=2013-03-14 00:00:00+00:00 for sid=1019201309
Can anyone help me ? Thanks for help in advance.
Error message(NoDataBeforeDate
The error implies the algorithm is trying to trade or get information on an equity before it's start, or inception date. In this case SID 1019201309, which is a futures contract on TU (2 yr treasury bond). This started trading on 2013-03-15.
One can check if the current backtest date is between the start and end dates of a continuous future by using the 'data.can_trade()' method (https://www.quantopian.com/help#api-data-can_trade)

This is actually related to a bug when asking for the history of a continuous future. We're currently investigating the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are actively working on this problem and treating it with high priority. We have a potential fix up on our staging environment that is undergoing testing. I will update you when I learn more.

Hey guys, we just pushed a fix that should solve this problem for 68/72 futures. The problem may still occur with MG, BD, EI, and MD in certain situations. We should have a follow-up fix for these names in the next couple of days.
